Great products - ridiculous shipping costs

The website was very easy to navigate and they had a good selection of the products that we were looking for. The shipping/delivery fees were outrageous though. Shipping was a third of my total order cost. It was shocking when I went to checkout.

Ordered an $18 aluminum flag pole; got surprised by a $20 “minimum order fee”

Ordered an $18 aluminum flag pole. Sucked up the $17 shipping charge as I understand the premium for an oversized item (6’); but didn’t realize that there was an additional $20 “minimum order fee” until after I hit the Pay Now button.
That’s BS; if you need to charge more for a single item, reflect that in your item pricing, don’t bury it in a surcharge at the end of the transaction. Needless to say, I won’t be a returning customer.

The $20 minimum order fee is disclosed on the product page in bold red text, which states: "Buy more and save! — A one-time $20.00 charge is added to all orders of 5 or fewer. All prices are calculated in the shopping cart." Outragous shipping on HS uniform

Very disappointed in the outrageous shipping price for a HS marching band shoe. We do not even know how the shoe fits so possible returns and re order. Very shameful shipping price

Pagué el bastón

Pagué el bastón, y no me enviaron el bastón porque supuestamente no envían a servicio de casillero, mí clienta lo pidió con el casillero de mi competencia y se lo enviaron, porque envían a otros servicios de casillero y no al mío?
