I had an incredibly frustrating experience with customer service. The chat feature indicated that there were no live agents available, even though I was trying to reach out during their designated hours. The phone support was equally disappointing—it's hard to believe they only have a couple of people handling calls! What is going on? To top it off, they don't respond to messages through their online banking system either. Overall, my experience with Bank of Guam has been extremely poor in every respect.

The teller in the drive through credited my deposit on different account. I went to the bank next day and customer service explained it as a “glitch” in their computer system. I did not get any apologies or explanations from the bank after I filed a complaint over the phone.

Services at Pohnpei Branch is sooo terrible. Have been waiting for my visa card for over 2 months yet they cant help expedite. It would have been best if cards are send to pohnpei branch and distributed there. Now they are blaming postal services rather than owning up the issue.

Being a member of Bank of Guam for over 4yrs was okay, but the only issue i keep having is that when i use my visa debt card for online shopping off island my bank would lock my card & not even give me heads up, like email me, message me or something,so when i go swipe my card at the store or whatever it gets declined & i hold up a lone caise i woild constantly try it multiple times but still nothing, so i think that when something feels like its a scam or they need there customers to verify if it was them the least they van do is email there customers, either tham that Bank of Guam never let me down so far.
