Met with Lee, he is really friendly and put us at ease. The way he was with both us and the puppy made us want to try his training techniques. He gave us lots of useful information to be able to start training our 9 week old puppy. He did not make us feel we had done anything wrong, but that we should try his plan, be consistent and get results. Lee said he would send a training plan for us to follow, and he has done that.
He is very supportive and I have already recommended him to family for their dogs.

Gavin is very knowledgeable and helpful with my puppy Oscar (cavapoo) he gave me lots of information and tips for getting Oscar into a well mannered pup

So very pleased with our lesson with Lee - everything was explained thoroughly, and there were plenty of little hints and tips to smooth the way (and Archi adored him!). Lee instinctively focused on the issues that were giving us problems, and we feel so much more confident in tackling them with his support. He’s also a mine of information with regards to all things related to the health and wellbeing of our dog companions. We’re very happy indeed, and we’re already making some inroads on the way to a well-behaved boy!

Right from the 1st phone call to bark busters,I felt I was making the right choice for myself and my dog.

Sydney is so informative and knowledgeable. She is confident about the information she provides and is very helpful. I couldn't rate her highly enough. Sydney's advice has been invaluable. She showed us how to train our rescue dog in methods that were harmless yet effective (I've read reviews on other Barkbuster trainers and there methods and they were horror stories!) - tone of voice, different sounds, lead control etc. Our dog is very wary of strangers and he did not approach Sydney on her first visit to us, but when she made a return visit he greeted her with waggy tail and happiness, which she appreciated because she understood her advice for a better diet would indeed make for a happier pooch and it has!
Sydney understood he has complex issues (because of Scruff being a street dog) and that everything regarding his 'hang-ups' would need treating individually and with understanding.

Clicked with Neil straight away. He’s down to earth & sussed out that I’m too soft with my naughty Staffordshire bull terrier Floyd.
Communication via Amanda was spot on. Always available to fit in with me not the other way round. Excellent advice all round with follow up homework. As a responsible owner you need to put the work in but definitely recommend Barkbusters. For a 1 off payment to then get 12 months of advice/support & as many one to one visits you need is worth every penny! Floyd is still a work in progress but so much better. Although he was always so well behaved with Neil & his dog whispering skills!

Sydney managed to change our dogs bad behaviour in the house after just one 3 hour session. Would highly recommend!

They are not transparent about their methods
Only after you've paid a non refundable £500+ Will you learn about their outdated, harmful and abusive methods.
They find ways to remove reviews, for example for me they put my personal information in the reply to encourage me to delete it, knowing a more anonymous review they can delete under trust pilot guidance.

My dog was very nervous and aggressive the trainer help me with her behaviour in the home and outside it has changed our lives .They had practical advice on behaviour and Evan about feeding

Gavin was great, very thorough but also very king and patient with us and the dogs, I would highly recommend him.

Lynn from barkbusters was extremely professional and very helpful and sorted our problems effectively

Lee really concentrated on what we needed for our dogs behaviour leaving us with the tools needed to train

Emma our appointed trainer gave us clear understanding instructions which we have put into action straight away. The difference already in our dog is quite amazing. She would bark at every single plane or helicopter that passed over head after Emma left she has not barked once. Meg seems more calmer and more intensive.

Kirsty was very pleasant and knowledgeable very informative gave me some useful tips and sold me a collar which I have found useful

Kirsty definitely made the whole experience great, she was very warm and friendly while being very professional, she really put us at ease while discussing Jasper and Ozzy.She explained everything so well. she actually left us feeling so inspired to start training immediately. We are thrilled with the amount of progress we and the doggies have made already and feel encouraged by the fact that if if we need any more help , we can contact kirsty for advice/follow up visit. ....Paul and Eleanor wilkie🐾

Sarah was great with both us and our dog Ollie. She listened patiently and gave us advice and methods to work with Ollie, which she demonstrated and worked with us on during first session. It's only been a few days but by following the training and advice we are already seeing a difference. Looking forward to continuing working with Sarah to help Ollie overcome any fears and for him to understand his place in our little pack so he can relax knowing we've got this!

Emma is brilliant, the instructions are working perfectly already for Ian, but need more attention with our excitable great grandsons
