I have been an avid nail painter since I was conscious enough to paint my nails. Barry M has catered to every nail paint fantasy I could've dreamt of. The most recent success, the heart sequinned confetti nail polish, is so incredibly shiny, I have glowing hearts on my nails - they catch the light and shine between blue, red, yellow and green it's beautiful!

100% can't fault this company, the bad reviews seem to centered around the customers mistakes.

So that sucks, the end.

This was my first experience of ordering online from Barry M Cosmetics. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong shade of nail paint. Cursing myself for making such an elementary mistake, I rang the Customer helpline number. I need not have worried for they were so helpful, giving me a free post address to return the product. By return, I received the correct items plus a bonus bottle, all entirely free! It's a pleasure to report such outstanding customer service - well done Barry M!

BarryM, BarryM, BarryM. I'm disappointed with your Bold black BWE1 Waterproof Eyeliner! The plastic pencil type container is 4.7cm long. The eyeliner tip was about 0.5 cm. And then there was none. I tried to turn the bottom of the pencil.... nothing! What a fancy package to 0.5cm of product. The eyeliner was nice. Made my eye colour pop. But there is very little of it. Therefore I will need to find another worthwhile eyeliner that gives me more eyeliner for my money! Sorry BarryM. See what you can do about the issue.

Gelly hi shine nail polish bought from superdrug awful colour when painted on looked different in the bottle shook it well disappointed 1st and last time of buying. Barry m Cala lily colour or any other

This is hands-down the worst nail polish I've ever used. The formula is completely different from previous versions. Despite being advertised as 'Gelly Hi Shine,' it's incredibly matte and unbelievably prone to damage. It dents, peels, and chips at the slightest touch. I painted my nails this morning and, despite a completely relaxed day with minimal hand use (only washing my hands about four hours later), it's already severely chipped and dented. This is an absolute waste of money.

I refer to my recent review when I mentioned that a
nail polish I had received was not the usual product
I did have to email on two occasions to complain
however Barry M Customer Service agreed to send
me another choice of nail polish free of charge which
I have received so in this occasion the customer
care was satisfactory.

Absolutely love Barry M nail colours. I love the limited edition colours. I have about 40 different colours. They are long lasting and never stain my nails. Spectacular quality for a great price.

I receieved a lip scrub with broken seal which is obviously unhygeinic to use and they did expect me to pay to send if back for examination? Am changing my review as they did change their minds and refund me for my £3 lip scrub and postage which I appreciated.

Nail polish received, the bottle was half full & the polish dried up

Ordered 5 items, said the delivery time 4-5 days, waited 15 days then decided to email to see what the issue was. Was told that evri have lost my parcel even though it still said that it hadn’t even been shipped. I was told I would get a refund, 10 days later no parcel and no refund.

Dont waste your time or money ordering from Barry M.

Lovely colours but after base coat, 2 polish coats and top coat. All in all It took an hour. Smudged the polish on my jeans. Started again and the same thing happened. Very disappointed

Bought this item from superdrug store. It makes no difference on skin, bought as it was cheaper than usual primer, total waste of my money.

Lovely nail varnishes

I agree with the other reviews- live version isn’t the same as real life. Old smell and pasty application like you’re back in the 80s without any quality of product.

The lipsticks arrived early. That is the only plus point for me. Its the first time I've ordered from them and its my last. I dud an online try on and chose 3 lipsticks. The colours are nothing like the online version. They don't smell or taste nice either. They're cheap for a reason! Would not recommend. I now have 3 new but unusable to me lipsticks.....

The watermelon lip gloss and the Crave Me velvet lipstick have both got the most beautiful fragrance!!

Emailed 5-6 days ago as the coupon they are advertising won’t work on eligible items. No reply, I re-emailed them today and they’ve asked me to re explain the problem.

I received a generic email of receipt email. So I know they have got my original correspondence. Go and find it.

I’m so blown away by how terrible this company is. I was a new customer, I guess I’ll remain that way. As I won’t be spending my money with you.

Got the new chrome eyeshadow and the nail Polish. Absolutely in love!! Got in sale so bargain, not sure would of paid full price. I use a tiny bit of the chrome eyeshadow everyday and plan on using it fix glitter next night out! Came with free gift mascara, which was actually really good! Nail Polish is so beautiful and I would purchase this full price. The Polish and chrome shadow are my new 😍

Generally a great brand with lots of ranges made in the UK - however, very disappointed to find that an eye shadow pallet we just bought is made in China. Very, very disappointing from a brand that openly proclaims to be British, sustainable, and cruelty free. I hope you will Barry M will take this feedback seriously, and consider how these could instead be manufactured in the UK.

I have been buying from Barry M for a long period of time, never had an issue until now... For some strange reason my last 2 orders have been lost by Royal Malil, although this is not directly their fault they should spend some time for alternatives for those who no longer trust that service provider, contacting them was "easy" as they didn't reply to my email which had me sending them another one 4 days later... I did get my refund but I still think they could do more their customers in the courier field. As per products, I love Barry M I have no issues on that hence why the 4 starts regardless of my last 2 orders not being received.
