Extremely Unsatisfied customer!!!! I only gave them one star because I had to; however, they deserve a -5 rating. In August of this year I placed an order for two rompers that I wanted to wear for my bachelorette party on October 19th.
Towards the end of September, I began to contacting the company regarding the status of my order. The only thing they could tell me was that my order was in transit, I and I would receive it soon. I continued to contact them at the end of every week, considering with other companies it usually takes up to two to three weeks to receive your merchandise, and because my event was quickly approaching.
In every response I was sent to a bogus tracking website and was never given a definite date of when I would receive my stuff.
When we got a week out from the party, I contacted them and told them to just to cancel my order and refund me my money since I hadn’t received the merchandise yet. They tell me they cannot begin the return process until I receive my merchandise, which was STILL a month later.
Fast forward to last week when I finally get my package, 10 weeks later mind you. I notice the clothing is cheap, the sizes are wrong, and that the items do not look like they do in the pictures.
I contact them again and tell them I am ready to start the return process. They tell me I will need to pay the return shipping fees to CHINA, or I can get 20% off in my next order.
Next order??? No thank you, the first order was a fail, why would I want a second????? I refuse to spend over $200 for shipping fees for my $100 order and extremely poor experience with your company. No thank you!!!! -5 rating!!!SCAMMERS!!

It doesn’t deserve a star! I ordered an XL I received a large! Pants wrong size and way too short! I wanted to return but UPS said it would be 100.00 to 200.00 to ship them back. I asked if I could return for a large size but wouldn’t give me that option but kept offering 20% and to keep the item I don’t want. They said they paid postage to sent them to me, NO I paid the postage! I’m stuck with the pants and no discount! Never ever again will I order from this company!

They sent items bag was ripped. Post office put in " apology bag" I refused items but the return address is vacant so the packages were not deliverable there post office sent to mail recovery. It's all on the tracking but they refuse to refund me my money!

Very unsatisfied customer.....I did"nt even want to give this company 1 star, they are the ultimate worse, crazy that you cant see the reviews on their page otherwise it would have saved me over $150,it took me over a month and countless emails to receive the stuff, nothing was acceptable....Ladies please stay away from this site,they're just taking our hard earned money because we are being told we have to return the stuff to china, so no one is returning so we end up with un usable items and they keep our money,,,, there must be a way we can put a stop to this... THEY'RE JUST SCAMMERS.....

I sorry I didn’t search reviews on here I ordered items which when received quality was poor.Tried to return and they tried to give me a 10% refund and 15% off my next purchase who in their right mind would buy from you again.I insisted on a return and was given a china address after the items were shipped to me from a USA. shipping to china is the cost of the items makes no sense.Returns policy did not state it was to china otherwise I would not have purchased these items which were pretty expensive.I will only get a return from PayPal is I return the item to china.This company is straight scammers

I bought an outfit and the suit jacket was big, the pants was small. Ain't noways this was the same size suit. They must of threw it together. When I asked to return it for the right size in pants and jacket, they said I can take the outfit and do as I please with it, and they can give me 10% off my next order plus a gift of 15% off, totaling a whoping $15.00 off the next order.. what a rip off. Never buying from this company again. 1 star is too much for this company..

Baseuclothing is the worst!!! Please stay away...It took me almost three weeks to receive the outfit I ordered. The outfit came after my trip. I inquired about the return policy they offered a $5 credit and a coupon for 15% off on another purchase. There will be no additional purchases!! I hope the word gets out about baseusclothing, and their
horrible customer service!!

Buyer beware. This company is a scam. These folks stole photos of me from my social media account to advertise their clothing in a Facebook ad. The clothes in the photo didn't come from them. I'd never ever heard of them until I was getting tagged on their ad post by people who recognized my photo.

The blazer and skirt in my photo retail for $800 - 900 combined. They are leading people to believe they're selling these same items as a set for $48.

The 2 outfits I ordered did not look anything like the picture. Super expensive to return to China so they offered a 10% refund. Horrible!!!

Ordered jeweled jeans. Site states US, but promise no where near US sizes. More jewels in shipping bag than on the jeans.

I just ordered 10 days ago and received a tracking number that doesn’t work. Let me request a refund through PayPal. I thought this was a good company. I’m like everyone else I should have read the reviews first.

This company Is a scam And they should be shutdown. I’m disappointed that Shoppay support them . It’s been 3 weeks and I can Not track my Order and I have Not received my Order. I needed this item for an Event.

Do not order from this site it’s a whole scam !!! They sent me the wrong size for one of the outfits i ordered….. never again! I’m unable to send the items back, none of the outfits fit. A whole scam I’m so mad at myself a whole 169.00 later and I can’t return because it will cost me more to ship the clothes back internationally 😡😡😡

It should’ve been negative three. This is by far the worst online experience I’ve ever had. I should’ve read the reviews first. Definitely shame on me. I chose to order because like many I thought the items would get to me fast considering the company’s name. Today it had been 14 days since I placed my order. Then I get an email indicating 4 items I ordered aren’t available to choose substitutions. All this time gone by. Then they provided me with a tracking number as I asked when I would get my order…..it doesn’t work of course. My order was close to $400.00 and this is simply ridiculous. It’s hard to support businesses these days.

the dress I ordered was horrific..nothing like the picture..cheap quality..I will NEVER order from here again..This site is from china..It took a month for delivery..The dress looks like the lining from imside of a coat..do not buy from them.

Please do not order from this company! I didn’t read my reviews before I ordered, that was a big mistake . I ordered may 7 it is now June 1st and I have not received my order this sucks I wanted it for my husbands birthday party and now it’s to late. I’m going to take further actions I check the mail and did receive one romper but I ordered 2 ,same style same color different size and only got 1 The material is no good very thin you can see right through it literally like paper
