Skip not collected when booked having to wait an extra 4 days for collection very poor customer service do not use this company.

This was a quick and easy thing to get organised via their website.
At every stage email confirmation of the bookings and payment were provided.
The skip was delivered on time and the driver did a great job considering the narrow road and parked cars, as well as being a decent guy as well which helps give a good company image.
The price of the skip was reasonable and in line with everyone else within a few pounds, but the service provided would mean I’d definitely choose them again over other suppliers.
10/10.

Used Batemans a few times over the last few months and a great service every single time.

Office staff are brilliant, knowledgeable and friendly. Drivers fantastic, friendly and skilled at getting in and out of a tight space and making sure not to damage anything.

No problems at all, will always recommend and use their service.

Very smooth operation both times I've used their services. The driver was very accommodating on pickup allowing me some more time to finish loading.

Great at delivering skips but really really bad at collecting them - be prepared to chase and chase and chase !

I’ve used Batemens a few times now and have had no problems whatsoever. Drivers were great at getting into my very tight drive without damage . I will certainly use them again in the future

Very noisy delivery/collection on otherwise quiet, residential street in Bath at 6.30/45am this morning! My child who is unwell atm was woken up! These deliveries should not happen before 8am!! Very anti-social!

Very efficient service. The website is easy to use and placing an order is very easy. Lots of information provided to ensure no confusion. Delivery came the same day (which I did ask for but was unsure if they’d be that quick), communication throughout order, delivery and use which was good to know everyone was up to date and I knew when it was being collected. 10/10 service, will be using again.

We have been waiting 2 days now for skip delivery in spite of booking last month and a phone call from our builder the due date of delivery. What annoys me the most is the fact that we have been lied to. Yesterday Bateman’s assured us our skip was on the lorry and out for delivery. More than 3 phone calls later we were told the driver did not have enough time to collect a skip and deliver before his hours ran out. Today we were told to expect the skip at 0600. We were then told it would be delivered by 0930. After yet another call mid morning we were told the delivery was on the driver’s tablet and we were next in line. It’s now after 1200 and still no sign of a skip. This is causing delays to work. Not one apology from Bateman’s!

Would like to give negative stars, absolutely applying service, have waited for 2 days being told it’s scheduled for delivery, no show and no explanation. Surprised there still in business, I would give them a wide berth.

I have used Batemans several time over the last few years, last time was earlier this year. I was so shocked to see some.of the reviews. I can genuinely say that my experiences have only ever been excellent. Staff in the office always so helpful and polite and never had any issues with drop off or pick up. On our 6th skip this year and wouldn't use anyone else. Great service, honestly couldn't fault it.

Members of the office team need to know their boundaries. Many of the men working there have wives and partners and they shouldn't be crossing the line with inappropriate and flirtatious messages

Hired a scip delivery was fine but as for removal total rubbish after constant phone calls ,and being told firstly they have a backlog, Then to be told I would have it put down as utgent still nothing , Then decide to collect on a Saturday when I was away with my daughter so her car was parked in front of the driveway so another week left Last phone call on a Friday to be told that it would be picked up that day , It’s still here not happy as need to order building materials that need to go on the driveway, Definitely will not use again.

Constantly got lied to on a delivery date. And kept getting excuses on why it wasn't delivered. I had to call numerous times for and update and at times got hunged up on. I would give no stars as the customer service is poor .

Would give no stars if that was an option! What an awful company. Ordered a skip for Friday delivery, the skip was then delivered to the wrong address the following Monday, then finally delivered to me on the Tuesday at 6am.
They have now collected the skip, which was barely full with no notice and will not return it for us to fill it up.
Vile company - DO NOT USE!!

Charged me top money, was 2 days late, came at 6am and woke up my client, that had to come out in a robe. Then they came, with no notice and just took the skip. What a con, this company. There's so many better deals out there, I don't understand how this people makes money at all. Waste of time and energy.
