Excellent service and competitive price.
Visited the Minworth showroom to look for a replacement bathroom. The service we received from Charlotte and Kerrie was fantastic. As a result I returned yesterday and placed my order without the need to look elsewhere. Charlotte has a very lovely personality and is so knowledgeable and took all the stress away. Highly recommend.

Exceptional service
We received excellent service from The Bathroom Showroom in Brighton. Stephan understood our vision for a new bathroom and swiftly delivered plans. His product knowledge was admirable and he made several suggestions which made improvements to our original idea. We were given regular updates and all emails and calls were responded to swiftly. A very good, all-round service which other companies should aspire to.

MUST READ - You won't find better than Mia!
This is a much over due review but really important to anyone unsure of what to expect from City Plumbing. Do not hesitate to see Mia...she is unbelievably excellent at her job, she's personable, thoughtful and takes your dream bathroom, puts it together and adds just that little extra something to exceed what you thought you wanted and needed! I had 4 bathrooms that needed updating (no mean feat as 2 have very angled ceilings from Dorma windows) and she put her magic into each one. She really is on this journey with you. Amazing at what she does, can't thank her enough!
Also, all the lads that deliver or are part of the team at Grimsby, you are a joy to do business with.

The one stop shop for bathroom products with excellent customer service
We visited our Norwich branch and not only discovered a huge range of quality products but were amazed by the helpfulness and happy staff in the showroom.
We did not have knowledge of bathroom installation and were concerned about choices. Misha guided us effortlessly through the entire process. From start to finish our experience was smooth, timely and the bathroom showroom staff and delivery drivers are happy helpful and went above and beyond at every interaction. If you want advice from the plumbing to the entire bathroom suite I would thoroughly recommended this company.
Well done 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

What a difference a Bathroom makes!
Absolutely fantastic from the moment you step into the shop to view/browse, expert advice, knowledge and help from the staff, to the actual purchasing of the items to the delivery and after care. The whole experience of purchasing my bathroom was brilliant from beginning to end. No jargon technical talk just straightforward plain English easy to understand. My bathroom has totally transformed my house and is worth every penny. A special thank you to Ellie who is both professional and friendly and has

I hope your company has a system in place to reward your employees for good service, as my wife and I both believe that Luke should be recognised for the service he provides.

Lovely products and excellent service
Looking for a replacement shower tray and door for an en-suite bathroom we happened across the Bathroom Showroom at Weybridge and the wonderful Rebecca. We quickly identified the shower door (IFLO Kilfane) but wanted an anti slip tray. Rebecca suggested a number of options and we eventually decided on a Mira. Rebecca took the time to provide us with the door fitting instructions in advance of the purchases to make sure they were compatible. Our bathroom fitter was very complimentary about the quality of the shower door and couldn’t believe it when we told him what we had paid for it. Even before the sale discount he reckoned it was exceptional value. Rebecca was able to delay delivery of the items to save them hanging around in the house too long.
