Battery arrived on time and was the correct model

Information as to what battery is necessary for my old laptop easily found. Ordering was easy and quick delivery appreciated. If necessary would purchase from them again.

Good product, swift service, very fast delivery of goods.

My laptop was gettng to the stage it only worked reliably if plugged in, went to the Battdepot website, easily found the right battery and it was delivered in a few days. It works great - like having a new laptop but cost less than £40.

Delivery had problems and it seemed there was a hacker trying to access my credit card details

I bought a battery for my old Sony Vaio laptop here on April 2nd because they advertise a 1 year warranty. They sent a shipment notice the next day. When it came it fit the laptop fine but the computer would not recognize the battery or charge it. When I pull out the power cord/charger cable the computer dies instantly. Tried to call customer support... no one there. Tried the "live".... no one there. At their suggestion I left an email that they say will be answered in 1 business day. No response Tried again a couple of days later and same thing. Doesn't seem like the warranty is worth much if they just ingnore customers with issues.

Acceptable service. I ordered a replacement battery for my large MacBook Pro which ended up being too small for it. I returned the battery as normal by shipping it to its return address, but never got contacted for a refund until a month later which is kind of annoying. Buyer beware.

Reasonably priced replacement battery, and prompt delivery.

Quick and easy order process on the website. The website itself is user friendly. Delivery was good, battery was well packaged; neither the packaging nor the product were damaged, so a definite 👍. Would definitely recommend

Seems like a trusted brand as I don't believe I've had to return one yet so will continue to purchase their batteries. The choice of higher capacities and extended warranties provide my customers with a good choice.

Returned item and was reimbursed without any problems

Initial order I got wrong - sent back and refunded straight away, called to check the correct info and email and comms. all good customer service. Recommend and will use again.

The battery I needed for my laptop was easy to find. It arrived very quickly and well packaged.
Very pleased with the service

The goods arrived on time and are working as required. I am satisfied

Straightforward / easy to navigate website; found what I needed, and ordered; delivered quickly [though time was not important] - can't ask for more than that.
