Ross Siviter and Mandy Hutchinson at Battens did a fantastic job of our house move. We have moved a number of times in the past and I can safely say that the service and client care we received from the Battens team was the best we’ve ever had. Ross Siviter, ably assisted by Mandy Hutchinson, acted as our conveyancing solicitors in the recent sale of our house and were also involved in the purchase of our future home - a former school. Neither were straightforward transactions but Ross and Mandy took away all the stress and were always quick to get back to any queries we had. Battens have been very good to us in general and we cannot recommend Ross and Mandy more. We will never use anyone else!

Ross Silviter provided an excellent conveyancing service for us. First we sold our property on a very fast time scale dictated by our purchaser. They all said it could not be achieved . Ross and his team met the dates for Exchange and then Completion on time. Six months later we purchased another property and although not such a demanding time scale there were complications. Ross always responded to our queries very quickly and provided advice and were patient with us when we raised any questions. Should we need to we would want Ross and his team to handle any conveyancing for us and would not hesitate to recommend Battens in the future
