Great Tires But..
Sent a message to find out the white wall width of this tire (Ironman Rb 12 Nws Tire 225/75R15 102S 440 A B White Wall). Got a quick response and was told it was about 3/4". Turns out it was just a hair under 1" but that's okay. I needed the white wall to be between 3/4 and 1 inch. Two of the tires had black scuff marks on the white walls. Tried my white wall cleaner on them but it didn't work. (Thought I was gonna have to return those two). Took a more aggressive approach and after about a half hour, finally got the black marks 99% removed. Tires should have been shipped in boxes or at least wrapped with paper or shrink wrap. Other than that I am very happy with the tires.

Overall a good experience
I was torn between a four star or five star. All in all it was a good experience. My only constructive advice would be to make it more know that an additional purchase is necessary in order to have all you need in the one shipment. I realize you offer the installation kit as an option at the end but you should give that a little more attention throughout the process. In my case it was mandatory that I get the new lugnuts and center ring but when I made my choice of rims, it said it was guarenteed to fit my car.

Chris,
We’re glad to hear your overall experience was positive. We also appreciate your suggestion regarding the visibility of additional items like installation kits, lug nuts, and center rings. Your input is very valuable, and we’ll work on making these options more prominent during the ordering process to avoid any confusion in the future.
We’re happy you received the correct fit in the end and hope to provide an even smoother experience next time!
Thank you,

Will,
It sounds like there was a miscommunication regarding your order and shipping timeline. While we aim to ship most orders within 2–3 business days, certain items or high demand periods can occasionally extend this to up to 7 days. We apologize if this wasn’t clearly communicated.
Thank you,

I bought 4 chrome rims from them
I bought 4 chrome rims from them. I only use them during the summer time. I clean and store them properly & they are getting rusty. I called company about this. The company refused to compensate me. These are brand new only used for 1 year. Do not buy from these people. Customer service was very rude.

Karyn,
We’re sorry to hear about your experience.
We want to clarify that pitting or surface rust on chrome rims is a common occurrence over time and, unfortunately, is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Even with proper seasonal use and storage, environmental factors like moisture, road salts, and cleaning products can affect chrome finishes.
We always aim to provide clear information about what the warranty covers and how to care for chrome rims to help prevent issues. We apologize if our communication came across as rude—that is never our intention, and we’ll take your feedback to improve our customer service.
Thank you,
BB Wheels
