Veronica,
Our restocking fee policy is clearly outlined on our website and is agreed to at the time of purchase and prior to initiating a return. These fees help cover the costs associated with processing returns, including inspection, repackaging, and vendor charges.
We always aim to be as transparent as possible and encourage customers to review return details before completing a purchase. If you have any questions or would like us to review your specific situation, we’re happy to help further.
Thank you,

wrong size wheel
Beware!
They sent me wrong size wheel, not what I ordered and would not accept the fact even after I sent pics and size marking from original and new wheel. To get refund, they want me to ship it to back to Canada, pay 25% restocking fees and should not been mounted. How could you know it’s not as per specs until you mount?
