3 flawed rims
This place is ridiculous. And so unprofessional. If I was able to give a zero, I would. Don't buy any rims or nothing with this bogus company. The worst experience i ever had.i bought four new rims. I got 2 flawed rims. Then I had to wait awhile for an investigation. Everything was so confusing. Their system sucks! Then I sent the one rim back, and then they mailed me back another damaged rim.I ended up taking partial cash back for the one rim with a scratch on it which I shouldn't have done! I told Sandra from customer service to speed up the process. I would keep the one flawed rim that had paint splash on it. She didn't say anything.I sent the one rim back with scratch. They said it was the wrong rim sent back. I said mail it back, because I wanted to part ways with this joke of a company. Then Sandra said I had to pay for shipping. I said since I didn't mail back the other rim that was damaged with paint splash. They would have had to mail me back a replacement for that one, so use that shipping for the wrong one. Sandra said that's another department you would have to deal with. Who cares they are all affiliated. What's the big deal.terrible system. This company wouldn't work with me. I wouldn't be writing this review right now if they would of mailed me four new rims with no damage. Then they blamed it on the mailing system. Always excuses.

Absolutely horrible service
Absolutely horrible service, sold me a wheel that would not even go over my brake calipers, they did reach out about a possible offset issue which I was prepared to deal with by using a spacer if needed. However the issue is with the barrel of the wheel being too small to clear the calipers. They offered me a return if I was to pay almost 300 dollars. I used pay Tomorrow and if I return the wheel i would have almost 500 dollars basically stolen from me. I reached out multiple times by email to someone names Stephanie who originally said i would have to pay for a restock fee. How ever after explaining the situation and saying I should not be held responsible for their mistake, I have received no response.
Correct it was discussed that it may hit the brake caliper due to offset!!! Offset on this wheel would make NO difference as the caliper hits the inside of the wheel barrel. The inside of the wheel diameter is not big enough to clear the caliper. This is no custom setup, the brakes on the car are 100% stock and pictures were provided to show proof. Absolutely sorry company to not take fault in a wheel you sell to fit.

Lathon,
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation.
As discussed during our phone conversation, we did go over the potential brake caliper clearance issues before finalizing your order. We also mentioned that while we could review the fitment based on the provided information, we couldn’t guarantee 100% compatibility, as custom setups can vary significantly. Despite these uncertainties, you chose to proceed with the order as is.
Regarding the return, our policy includes a restocking fee, which was clearly communicated, and covers processing and handling costs. We understand this can be frustrating, especially when dealing with financing services like Pay Tomorrow, but these fees are standard across many custom wheel orders.
We apologize if there was any delay in communication. Our team strives to respond promptly, and we regret any inconvenience this may have caused.
Thank you,
BB Wheels

Sent the wrong wheels was going to ship…
Sent the wrong wheels was going to ship 2 of them back to replace with fronts and decided to just purchase the two fronts and use the four aftermarket for the rear. They offered 25.00 for the hassle. When I was able to get into the tire shop they stated that the wheels I. The rear will not mount with the 4 aftermarket wheels and I would have to use 2 of the steel wheels on the inside. This left with 2 unopened wheels tried to return them for refund or take off of my account. SANDRA stated that the 25.00 for the hassle was so I would keep them keep in mind this was offered before I knew that they wouldn’t fit correctly and she stated that there is nothing the shipper will do making it sound like I am stuck with the wheels. And they aren’t wheels they keep in stock they seem to be dropped ship from warehouse

Thomas,
Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the situation. To address this, we sent return shipping labels to assist with sending the wheels back for a resolution. The $25 was offered as a gesture of goodwill for the initial inconvenience; however, we understand that this may not have addressed your concerns fully once fitment issues arose.
We take customer satisfaction seriously and regret any frustration this caused. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly so we can explore any remaining options or clarify further. Your feedback helps us improve, and we truly value your patience and understanding throughout this process.

Hunter,
we understand your frustration and want to assist you. However, we are unable to diagnose the issue with your tire if communication is interrupted and the necessary information is not provided, and our phone calls are being hung up. To proceed with warranty assistance, we will need the tire readouts indicating the excessive weight. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to resolving this matter with you. Thank you.
