Don’t waste your time or your money! …
After a week of waiting for a dispatch email, I decided to purchase my item elsewhere.
I emailed customer services several times, who confirmed(after 4 days) that my order was cancelled.
3 weeks after initial order, my parcel arrives. Obviously it wasn’t cancelled.
Emailed again, requesting their returns process. No reply.
I sent the item back to their return address on the original packaging, tracked via Royal Mail. Then emailed to say it was being returned.
They refunded me 2 days after they received it, apart from the £3.99 p&p. Which if they had actually cancelled the order, I would have had a full refund.
Diabolical company, terrible customer service.

Very annoying that key items I needed were refunded due to not being in stock but are still currently listed as in stock on the website??
Also why lie that you shipped the order when clearly you hadn’t even packed it yet.
The only bright side is that the items came as pictured.
But come on just check inventory of your items and if they’re out of stock remove them from the website!

Almost a month later and nothing arrived. Paid for 48hr delivery. Have now reached out to my bank to force a valid response. Calls not answered. Do not trust.

Extremely unhappy placed an order a month ago and still waiting on my parcel paid for 2 day delivery and can’t get an answer from any shop or the online bot to see where my order is or what the delay is

Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish.
I paid for 48-hour Royal Mail tracked delivery, yet 3 days after placing the order it hadn’t even been dispatched from their side. Before calling, I also tried contacting them by email and through their live chat but received no response whatsoever.
When I called customer service for the first time, I was put on hold and nobody came back to the phone. On my second call, I was told the order was packed and just needed sending. I had to point out that, with the delivery service I paid for, it should have already arrived by then. They apologised and promised it would be dispatched within an hour.
Three hours later there was still no update. I called again and was told it still hadn’t been sent. In the end, I had to make yet another call before they finally dispatched it. Customers should not have to chase a company multiple times just to get an order sent.
The products were also not what was advertised. The items I received looked completely different from the product photos shown on the website, with different labels and packaging. On top of that, the Batana oil bottle arrived unsealed, which is very concerning. I have no way of knowing whether the contents are genuine, untouched, or even the correct product. For any cosmetic or hair-care product, receiving an unsealed bottle is unacceptable.
Poor communication, ignored emails and live chat messages, delayed dispatch despite paying for tracked delivery, products that don’t match the advertised images, and an unsealed bottle that raises questions about product quality and safety. I would not recommend shopping here and will not be ordering again.

Emailed regarding the matter, they apologised and requested it to be returned and they would immediately send the correct order.
I paid nearly £6 for tracked return delivery.
They have ghosted me. Taken my money, have not returned my money nor sent the correct item. I have emailed 7 times and used the messaging service on the website and have been ghosted. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. They have nearly £40 of my money

Order didn’t arrive after 10 days so requested cancellation which I received an email after 2 days confirming refund will be issued , no communication from this company since. I’ll have to wait 30 days to escalate through other means if I want to get my money back. Avoid at all costs, they don’t deserve 1 star.

Order placed on 6th June, for 24hr tracked next day delivery. Should have received on 8th June. Emailed company- no response.
Emailed on 8th June- as no update tracking info and reminded that next day delivery was paid for. Received email stating will dispatch soon.
Emailed on 9th June, asking for updated tracking info. Received email back with "tracking info" but no actual information.
Called on 10th June- lady stated products were not in stock, but had received them now and was staring at my package and will be dispatching it that evening. Couldn't understand my frustration that products were not listed as not in stock on website. Enquired about lack of tracking info, told would only receive it once a label was generated. Should receive it for 11th June.
Called on 11th June- spoke to the same lady who told me that I should have received my parcel. Only when I stated I have no updated tracking info. Did she then once again lie and state that she was staring at my package and promised she would definitely send it in 2 hours to Royal Mail and said she will call them and I should receive it soon. Asked for refund told no- as my parcel had now been shipped, but couldn't send me any tracking info over the phone- despite the fact she had claimed to have shipped it.
Emailed on 12th June- requesting to cancel order and received an immediate email confirming acknowledgement of cancellation but no dates given when to expect refund.
Called on 12th June- spoke to the same lady and confirmed my request to cancel and how long to process refund. Immediately cancelled over the phone and received confirmation email.
Terrible, terrible company. I can understand delays, but not lack of honesty.
Their terms and conditions state that they are not responsible or will refund or replace orders lost in transit. That should have been a red flag, as most company will try their best to right a situation, that is a genuine loss to the customer; if proof is provided.
The second red flag was the availability of an item that has been discontinued since 2011. Thought I had got lucky and was a reformulated product.

Almost 2 month wait for an online order and won’t refund
Order placed 22nd April and still not received. First time I chased on 13/5 I was told the item had been ordered!! It wasn’t made clear online that this item wasn’t actually in stock. I was advised it would be received shortly. Chased again 10/6 and requested a refund to be told it’s been ordered and on its way. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. If you didn’t have the item in stock this should have been clearly stated on your website.

Over a month later and still no order. Repeatedly told it had been dispatched, yet they could never provide any tracking information. Getting hold of anyone is a nightmare, and when they do respond, it's just more excuses.
I've completely lost confidence in this company and will now be pursuing a chargeback through my bank.

Ordered some hair gel on 23/05/26. No update after a week, appreciate their delivery says 3-5 days, so waited patiently. Nothing from them the following week, so emailed a few times with no response and tried ringing the number, which was never answered.
Chargeback claimed. Stay away from these thieving scumbags.
Do not order from this company
Ordered items at beginning of May but not received. Contacted them again on 17/5/26 but no response received and no refund. I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased from this company. Avoid at all costs.

Not even worth 1 star, placed a order paid for 24hr delivery, expected it to be sent out on the Tuesday after the bank holiday it wasn't i then waited a few days still nothing, decided to reach out to them by email to cancel had no response, tried contacting both contact numbers, still not received my refund, the order was never dispatched, will have to mess about contacting my bank to arrange a charge back.
Terrible service
Terrible service, I called today as still waiting for an order placed 11/05/26. Was told items were out of stock, I had to ask for a reimbursement and when I questioned why I hadn’t been informed the items were out of stock (the money has been taken from my account) the lady hung up on me!

Its been a month and still have not received the products i have ordered! They have now stopped responding to my emails when I asked for a refund! I've had to raise a dispute with my bank as fraud!
