I’ve been using VitaPoint for a few years now, purchasing various household items on a fairly regular basis, without any major issues, but I’m unhappy with their service following my last order (Aug 2026). Fairly straightforward (I thought): 12 bottles of original Viakal. When the package arrived, it contained just 10 bottles, although the delivery note indicated 12 as ordered.
I took a couple of photos of the box, the contents and the delivery note, which I then attached to an email outlining the problem, and sent it off to the customer services email address. Getting no response after 7 days, I re-sent the email, but this time without the photos, in case the attachment was causing a problem. Still no response from VitaPoint. I waited another 14 days and then attempted to contact them via the message facility on their website, giving all the details (yet again).
8 weeks have now passed, and I’ve heard absolutely nothing from VitaPoint at any stage, not even an acknowledgement of my communications. They have the order details, my name, postal address, phone number and email address, so there really is no excuse.
All I ask is for them to acknowledge their error, and refund me for the two undelivered items. The cost of the missing bottles is only about £5, so it’s not worth my while ringing them. As I don’t have a phone contract, it would cost me around £1 a minute for the call.
This is not good business practice – I feel ignored and ripped off. It’s frustrating and very annoying, hence this review, which they probably won’t read or acknowledge. So I’ll be closing my account, and will not be using them again.

Quick delivery , packed ok , easy to order

I placed an order (000078505) on the 28th before 6 PM specifically because the company advertised next-day delivery. I placed the order expecting it to arrive the following day. Instead, I received nothing more than an order confirmation.
I waited an entire day for tracking information, but nothing came. I then contacted customer service and provided my order number. Even after contacting them, they asked me AGAIN for the order number. I provided it, and then… nothing. No proper response, no explanation, no update.
What makes this even worse is that I placed another order, and that order has now been sitting in “processing” for two days with absolutely no explanation.
If there is an issue with an order, the absolute minimum a company should do is contact the customer and explain what is happening. Instead, Vita Point leaves customers completely in the dark. No communication, no transparency, no meaningful customer service.
Promising next-day delivery and then failing to dispatch the order, providing no tracking, leaving orders stuck in processing, and ignoring customer enquiries is simply unacceptable.
Think twice before ordering from Vita Point. If you actually need your order on time and expect basic communication from a company, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Good value and excellent service. Cheaper than Amazon and ebay and prompt delivery.

I placed order on 8/10 order number ( #000076866 ) they have taken money but never dispatch my order I try call them wait 15 minutes in the queue no want answer I had no choice to recall money back with my bank disgusting behavior taken money but ignoring customer

Website states FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY OVER £29.99 UPTO 10KG in UK Mainland. So trying to place an order for £35 and have a UK mainland postcode yet the system wants to charge £6.99 for P&P and no answer from phone number!

Left on the doorstep, without knocking, and it got stolen when I was at home waiting for the package! I was so upset. I called customer services to complain and they said that they would contact me within an hour to send me a form to fill in. That is the last I heard from them. I paid for my order and have no product!

Vitapoint was amazing easy to order and pay, a very speedy delivery too. Very impressed 😁

I have placed on line Order on the basis it was Colgate 2 In 1 Toothpaste & Mouthwash Whitening 100ml - Pack of 3 as per the picture shown online. I received s "Icy Blast", instead of "Whitening". I placed the order on the basis of the photo stating "whitening". This was misleading, and I was duped into ordering the wrong item.
2. They use Evri to deliver the product, which was a nightmare, delivery was on the wrong day, wrong time and taking 2 weeks for the return product to reach Vita Point

I ordered a product from this company. They sent a different one but didn’t tell me. When I queried it, they said they had checked with the manufacturer, who said that it was the same product but updated packaging. I also checked with the manufacturer, who said this was true. However, they also said that the price was way too high for the product and that I had been taken advantage of. I sent the item back for a full refund. The item was then sent BACK to me. I queried this and was offered a partial refund - a third of the cost of the item. I have had to accept the paltry refund as I am unable to print off a Returns label. Suffice to say I will NEVER use this company again.
