Excellent service very polite and experienced delivery men the bed is excellent the head board is lovely very good value for money however if I were to order another bed which I might do in the next few months I would upgrade the mattress only because I'm not used to a spring mattresses and prefer memory foam.

I ordered a bed but unfortunately it had been discontinued.
Company informed me straight away and processed refund straight away.
They did offer me a different bed but because id got a certain theme i turned the offer down.
I would definately order in the future from here as they do have a lovely selection of furniture.

Shocking service and a most stressful expedience I choose the bed factory direct as needed a…
I chose bed factory direct as needed a bed urgently and this company promised a 3 day delivery. The communication was shocking between buying the bed and trying to get answers re delivery dates. Communication between warehouse. Head office and delivery company and so I ended up paying more for a special delivery for weekend to Having to put guests up on airbed mattresses and give them part money back for in convenience of a bed short for their stay
Paid another £30 for sat delivery to their contracted delivery company. Order not put through so guests waited in all day Saturday for a delivery that never arrived. Bed factory customer service do not work over weekend. No tracking given. No one to ask no number to get in touch with anyone. There was no communication and no responsibility taken by either bed factory or courier service. Each blamed each other for the mix up. I was trying to call. Email who ever I could all weekend. Really stressful as guests involved so my business looked so bad and I was left with no alternative. Bed didn’t arrive on the Monday I got a message to say they could deliver it on Wednesday. A week after I had bought it. I was incredibly inconvenienced and came down with shingle following that week end due to high stress. Never received the promised call from the manager got refund for bed but not the extra cost for urgent delivery from the pay.lopay.com they insisted I pay on top of the bed for a delivery which never happened.

Although I had sourced the electric ottoman bed on line, I rang customer services to confirm the bed would be here by a definite date. The gentleman I spoke to was so helpful and assured me he would personally follow up the order to guarantee delivery. The bed is lovely, delivery day I received email and text giving me a 3 hour window which was spot on.
I haven’t slept on the bed yet due to a decorating delay. I would definitely recommend the company to friends.

Ordered this bed for Saturday delivery…
Ordered this bed for Saturday delivery and paid £30 extra, bed didn’t turn up after waiting in all day. Eventually turned up on the Wed after rearranged delivery and our son slept on the floor until then. On unwrapping the divan base, both drawers were poorly fitted with drawer runners hanging off with one drawer front bent and split. Emailed customer services with pics asking for a refund and they came back to me the next day and offered to send a new base with they’re own operatives and assemble the bed fully in the room of our choice which I accepted and this was carried out on the Fri. All in all we had these issues and inconvenience but after almost a week the company did rectify the problems. I think giving a 2* would be mean but 4* to much, lessons learned.

I’m also pleased that we were able to assemble the replacement in the room of your choice and get everything resolved as quickly as possible.
