Ordered the bed for delivery on specified day. Got a message to say what time bed would come. Worlds strongest man delivered it on time on the day. We put the bed together the next day, great quality bed, fantastic service.

Easey to buy on line. great bed base .and keeping me up to dateed delivery arrived late then i was told driver and mate not happy with stairs but we're told 1st floor flat and a lift but seemed to think 1st floor is ground level so dint get a tip each but all ok with bed

Ordered due to promise of delivery timeframe, was a day late which meant I had to stay in hospital and extra day. Overall good quality and delivery team were friendly and efficient.

Highly recommend The Bed Factory, Love my new bed, had a problem free straight forward delivery, the 2 guys Gary & Ste were great lads, nothing was a problem,as soon as they arrived, they removed their shoes, took the bed straight up to the bedroom, it was built quickly, and left clean & tidy, they both showed so much respect for us and our home, an absolute credit to The Bed Factor, 👏👏👏

Very efficient service. The headboard was exactly what I wanted, a very good price and fitted easily.
The delivery was postponed by a day but that was nothing to do with the suppliers.
