Bed factory direct have been amazing
Bed factory direct have been amazing. My first delivery was too large and couldn't fit up the stairs the team were so helpful they made me a new custom made base to the perfect colour to match a headboard id purchased elsewhere (before discovering BFD). It was made quickly and delivered efficiently with a great two man delivery .. no complaints on delivering to the second floor .. cant recommend highly enough. Great customer service and looking forward to my first night in my new bed 😊 thank you!!

Delivery delay frustration
I don’t know what the mattress is like but delivery is dreadful. When I chose to buy the delivery was just a few days. Then I got notification that the mattress was being collected from the factory 5 days after the order. Then there was silence for a day and then notification that the mattress would be delivered on the Saturday 4 days after it was scheduled to collect it from the factory. Then, we got another note to say, not that there was a delay, but that it was rescheduled until the following Tuesday. Today is Monday I really hope it comes tomorrow- but I won’t buy on the basis of fast delivery again.

Every slat is 1/4 inch to long
Every slat is 1/4 inch to long. Terrible quality when you think of the price of this bed. I don't know what to do other than to saw each slat which will make the pre drilled close to the edge of the support rail.

comfortable mattress
Found the mattress comfortable in a hotel so noted the label and purchased the same from Bed factory direct.
Very quick delivery, polite delivery guys took it upstairs.
It's as comfortable as the one in the hotel :)
Also found a 10% discount code so it all helps.

Advised bed not in stock once I’d paid for it.
Poor communication throughout, promised phone calls ‘in 5 mins’ not received This company seems only able to deal by email, sheila, customer service in particular very rude , would suggest some refresher training.
On delivery date, 1 month after order, only 1 box of 2 delivered, 2nd box delivered by different courier, only to have 2nd box delivered again 1 week later by original courier!
Would never deal with or recommend this company
