I placed an order for a grill plate in June and it's now mid October. They've now had my cash for 4 months and I've only received 1 email. Avoid!!!

Ordered Grill tray over 2 weeks ago online, paid in full. Never dispatched or received. Order number ST38DE00049114 thanks. Bbq centre sent out order 9.6.26. Received, thankyou for rectifying the issue.

Superb service. Ordered a new model Napoleon kettle and communication right through the process was superb.Finished putting it together today and the cover was for an older model. Rang up and great service again, new cover being sent out today. Thank you and will defo recommend your services

Very pleased with my new gas bbq! Great service

Received a good price for a product that I wanted.
Appears to be only company providing spare parts online for Napoleon barbecues.
Speedy delivery. 😁✨✨

Absolutely rob dogs, spend so much money and after 4 uses the built in bbq stopped working and I asked if they could fixed it point blank told me they would need to speak to the manufacturers when that’s unfair because piece spoken to them then eventually stopped taking my call or replying to me emails after spending a huge fortune never again!!

Delivery was pretty fast and they send you the tracking information. Good price 👏

Refers to website expedience where it seemed impossible to opt out of non essential cookies. Shame as I’m sure they have nice products. You gotta make it simpler guys or you’ll be branded a dangerous site.

I bought a rotisserie basket - it was delivered very promptly and well packed. It performed and cleaned as I expected

This type of service is what many companies claim to offer but few actually do. Product as described and as intended. It's what you want, good prices. Great help in ensuring I ordered the correct parts and delivery was a day quicker. Good job done!

Great service, prompt and efficient. Would highly recommend, as I had a query about deliveries. Sorted in minutes with a quick phone call.

Quick delivery. Product as described at a good price.

Ordered a barbecue on Sunday and it was delivered late Tuesday morning. It was a great price and when I had a question about building the barbecue my call was answered quickly and the team member was really helpful and knowledgeable.

Great price, and swift delivery with excellent communication from the courier

Staff were very knowledgable and were able to answer any questions I had regarding a varied range of products in the showroom. Really helpful and accommodating, and extremely prompt delivery service. Kept up to date with my order until I had taken delivery myself. Would recommend them to anyone looking for anything bbq.
