Excellent service in all respects
Great help in ensuring I ordered the correct part for my Broil King BBQ and delivery the day after I ordered. The type of service many companies claim to offer but few actually do

Much like the TARDIS
Much like the TARDIS, this place appears small from the outside but inside, contains every conceivable sort of barbecue. Not that the TARDIS does that, but still. And not only that, a very helpful man (Paul) who probably knows everything there is to know about the subject, and lovely delivery man Brian, will turn your purely speculative visit into a happy purchase.

Great price and delivery speed
Cheaper than Amazon for the Pro Q smoker I bought, and also came with a sturdy cover - all for free.
Delivery was pretty fast and they send you the tracking information, although I had to hunt around on their site to find a way to track my order before that.
Otherwise, no complaints at all, great price, as described and arrived fast.
Next time I am in Bedfordshire I will try and visit the showroom as proper BBQ specialists aren't too common in the UK.
