Had a query, phoned, spoke to a person, query sorted, items ordered and delivered the next day

Last year I bought my 3 Burner Napoleon BBQ from them after an excellent visit to the store where I was given a wealth of information and buying advice. I've since bought many accessories, griddles, smoker boxes, various tool and rubs. Staff have always had time for tips and advice. The first place I recommend to any friends after any BBQ equipment. Prices are competitive too!

All great on phone, web, slightly trickier but then I am a technophobe , delivery efficient, now just need to unpack it

Would recommend. Great BBQ at a very competitive price. Ordered late Friday and delivered Monday am. One item missing from order but was resolved very quickly and without issue.

delivered quickly and the barbecue tray fitted perfect

Item sent In good time no damage on delivery and at a good price people are friendly as had ordered one item for the wrong unit was easily rectified with one call perfect

Very helpful staff and honest! Quick and speedy support and delivery.

Great service, order placed and the goods arrived exactly as promised

The right product at a good price, delivered very quickly.

Very pleased with the quality of the restaurant grade lumpwood charcoal and firelighters. We previously used briquettes purchased elsewhere and decided to purchase lumpwood, after learning about chemical fillers used. This product was amazing and were impressed with the longer and more intense heat given out which did not die out quickly. Definitely recommend.

Good service from Bedsbbq and prompt free next-day delivery of Napoleon Freestyle 365 bbq.

Smoker box and wood chips arrived as described and within a few days.

Great customer service on my second purchase with them. Even with a missing bracket they contacted Beefeater direct who in turn also promptly replied and provided excellent resolution. Would definitely recommend both companies
