Instead of prioritising the needs of investors, they seemed solely focused on filling their own pockets with exorbitant fees. From the very beginning, their demeanor has been shockingly rude, displaying a blatant disregard for our concerns. Also, their negligence led to severe data breaches, demonstrating a complete lack of professionalism and competence. Trust has been shattered, leaving investors feeling abandoned and vulnerable in an already volatile situation.
