The Belfield music staff were great. I ordered a guitar online, and I had a minor issue with the tracking - the issue had nothing to do with Belfield, by the way - and the guy at Belfield assisted me and sorted out my problem, like the champ he is. The guitar is amazing, and the price was awesome.

From ordering to delivery was kept informed especially with minor delay due to stock issues but as it was a long weekend this did not affect delivery

Order was processed and shipped promptly. Arrived ahead of schedule even with a public holiday. Packaging was possibly a tad overdone but my stuff was protected.
