I recently purchased a second Pro 300 panel to connect to my first panel. Every question I have asked was either answered by their Chat Bot or a live person reached out to me to answer the question. Was very happy with the first panel because it has helped our back problems so much; the second panel makes it a complete full body experience. Delivery was quick, product is great and customer service great.

The shipping was quick but a bit misrepresented. Had to clarify with customer service to make sure. The great disappointment was the largest and most expensive of the items I ordered was sent usps but the box was not taped or had anything to secure it closed. Plus the shipping label was slapped on the actual box that showed what it was right on it. Nothing to conceal the light. Anyone could have opened it, taken what they wanted and just closed it back up. Considering this is a mother's day gift for my wife, I may reconsider buying from you again if this is how you ship your products..

I bought a product from them, and I was led to believe at checkout that it would be shipped by DHL. Then I received an email that USPS will send it. When I inquired about the change, I was told that there was a problem with the site. After a few days, the USPS site has not posted any updates.
8 days later, I see the same

So let's recapitulate: First, it was bad weather, which I totally understand. Now it is almost 8 days later, and the same "Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item".
When I first inquired, I was told that USPS may have it, but they did not update the system. I called USPS, and they told me that they definitely don't have the item.
Meanwhile, the company sent me an email that was a confusion at the local USPS, without knowing that I talked to USPS.
This string of mishaps and potential lies, whether legitimate or not, does not give me any confidence in this transaction.
I will wait for one more day to reach that 7 mythical days mark. Then, if nothing changes, I will respectfully ask you to refund the full cost, including shipping.
In conclusion, ask before buying about where the item is shipped from so that you adjust your expectations.
Honestly, if they were honest and told me that it is an overseas shipment, as apparently it is, I would have waited in peace, but I hate being lied to.
It may be a communication problem, but if in the unlikely event that it is, it is a big communication problem. The one star is for the customer service, not the product itself, which I did not receive.
Update: 08 May 2026
After several emails back and forth, the company agreed that the shipping must have failed somewhere and refunded me. I give them credit for that, and I changed my rating from 1 star to 3 stars. At least they are taking responsibility, and they listen to concerns. My experience may just have been unfortunate. Ask before buying where the item is shipped from. If it comes from Asia, delivery is not guaranteed, it seems.

The customer service is fast and responsive. One item was damaged in shipping (not Bestqool's fault) and they immediately shipped a replacement part. The panels are great and the universal stand is well designed and will be great when the replacement part arrives. I would have given a 5 star rating except for the shipping damage.

A+ Product, super fast shipping, great customer service (give them 48 hours). I used to take my teen to red light therapy for $150 a session now we have this at home and it's the only thing that's fixed her acne. Definitely recommended!!! Acne dome
