I purchased a brand-new set of Bridgestone tyres from this garage. After around six weeks of use, I discovered that one of the tyres had previously been repaired. The repair was done very professionally, which is why I did not notice it at the time of purchase, but it became visible after some driving.

I have also provided photos which clearly show that this is not damage or a repair that could have occurred within the six weeks I have been using the tyre.

I returned to the garage and reported the issue. While they acknowledged it and contacted their supplier, I was told that I would need to complete a form so the tyre could be sent to Bridgestone for investigation.

Unfortunately, it has now been over a month, and despite multiple emails, I have received no response. When I called, I was informed that they are still waiting for the form from their supplier.

Although their other services have been good, this situation is disappointing. A repaired tyre should not be sold as new, and the delay in resolving the issue is not acceptable. As a customer, I expect the garage to take responsibility and ensure that the products they supply meet the correct standards.
I think their supplier repaired the tyre or their supplier sent a returned tyre of another customer.

Also as I attached a screenshot of email thread with no response, but they are lying that I haven’t sent any emails.

Great service, very busy informative the only let down when buying two tyres and having them fitted I didn't check but there different brands, tread styles would prefer the same.

Just taken my car here, we had a nail in the tyre, Ian sorted it for us. First time we’ve been here and would definitely come again and recommend you guys. Very friendly, and very helpful. Thanks again!!

I phoned Belmont Tyres after contacting other local companies and was impressed with answers they gave when I described the issues I had with my tyres, which non of the other companies even asked.
On taking my car to Belmont the problem described in the earlier phone call turned out to be correct and even better the original estimate to do the work was cheaper. I will certainly use and recommend Belmont Tyres for their knowledge,customer service and prices. Thank to all the staff at Belmont Tyre's.

2pm Needed a pair of big size tyres due to unreparable puncture urgently but not in stock. They assured me they would be in next morning first thing. They were and were fitted so fast! It was obvious this firm knows the business so it was a no brainer to return when next ones needed. Phoned up and specified what I wanted and just like last time were in the next morning and were fitted right away. Efficiency is the keyword here . the guys are super - dead noisy lol but they keep working. Price point? - brilliant.

Visited Belmont Tyres 2/1/25 for new Tyres on my Car and my Wife’s car .I had called around for prices but they were the most competitive for my needs. We were greeted by Mick who immediately assessed both Cars Tyres and informed me that each of the cars only required Two new Tyres on each car which surprised me as I was initially prepared to change all 8 of them . The place was really busy but worth the brief wait as the customer service is excellent. I spoke with another customer waiting for tyre replacement and a Steering Tracking check as the customer was concerned her car may have damage.Mick listened to the ladies concern and had the vehicle fully inspected and showed and assured her the car was perfectly OK on the Laser tracking Rig giving the Green light 🚥 throughout.I definitely would recommend this Company as the fairness and Honesty to Customers needs is Admirable. I have lived and worked in Liverpool for almost 20 years and because of my history of leasing cars for work purposes, I’ve not had a need to access a local tyre company. However I recently experienced a bolt which creatively entered a rear tyre early on a Sunday morning. Belmont Tyres on Belmont Road in Liverpool are open on a Sunday afternoon, and I was able to speak with Neil, entered the queue for drop-in service, and was promptly seen to for the tyre repair by Lewis. My local mates have always spoken highly of this establishment, they are always busy, but the efficient, friendly and focused customer service I received was greatly appreciated. And I was still able to make it in good time to an extended family get together in South Liverpool!
