We've heard the stories from both customers and customer’s friends who have been steered in a wrong direction in a bike sale. That is definitely not the way to treat a new bike customer or any customer. A shop like that isn't concerned about your need or comfort on a bike; they just wanted a sale. Once you’re out the door...its money in their cash drawer and they're on to the next. We strive to make sure you're getting the right bike for your type of riding. Not only that; we won't put you on a bike that doesn't fit you properly. These are important things to us and they should be even more important to you. We want you to love riding your bike and will do our best to make sure you do.

Fast, acccurate service
Ben's Cycle had the complete inventory of items I was looking for in one place. Surprisingly, larger supply houses did not have all the components I needed. Ben's prices were reasonable and the shipping was great. I had a good experience and would go back to them for future cycling parts needs.
