The staff in store were incredibly helpful, friendly and informative. I received regular emails and phone calls to keep us up to date on the process. Was delivered on the day that it was expected, it was a little later than the time slot we had but the delivery team let us know beforehand and was very apologetic on arrival. Delivery team very friendly, polite and good. Overall excellent service.

Excellent service from showroom to installation.

The delivery guys were great. Chris and Bradley did a thorough and efficient job with excellent demeanour. The bed is much improved and we have slept better on the new bed.
The two ladies in store were very helpful and found just what we needed, they explained everything very well so we knew exactly what we were getting.

No hard sell. Chloe spoke to us about what we were looking for and showed us the options and was left to look around and told to give her a shout if we needed anymore help. I really hate it when you get harassed into buying something. We didn’t get that 😊

My original choice of mattress was not available. Chloe showed me a similar alternative and properties explained.

We went to the Andover store and met the store manager Ali. She was so helpful and took the time to answer our questions and helped us buy our bed for our new home. Very happy with the experience, thank you Ali

The bed and mattress were reduced as ex display. The sales girl seemed lovely and helpful, but was not completely upfront about the costs....the bed could be delivered ( no mention of a charge of £49 for this) but we were told the mattress, as ex display had to be collected and cant be bent? it apparently couldnt go on the lorry we found out later that we had paid for? So it then cost us to get a van to collect for us..Also, the Bensons cleaning kit (which it now seems is for a single mattress)was added as "a little extra"...it turns out that it was an extra £30 charge, so all in all we feel a little disappointed that the sale was not completely honest and clear, costing in total £110 8n extras!! Hopefully the bed will be worth it all.

We spoke to a lovely young lady named chloe she helped choose the right bed for us she was very polite and very helpful made it a lovely customer experience.

I was very happy with the service from Bensons for Beds. Chloe and Tara were both friendly, helpful, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt well looked after throughout. Very pleased with my experience.

Tara was really knowledgeable and took the time to go through all options before we decided on our ideal mattress and bed frame.

Excellent service from start to finish. Chloe in store was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable about all the mattresses we tried. We opted for a British Made mattress, the quality of the product is incredible, delivery staff were excellent. Haven't slept so well for a long time.
