Was very easier to get the mattress I wanted. Was able to try out all the mattresses and after I had made my choice it was very easy to arrange delivery.

Disliked being pushed to have the additional insurance, I had to decline 3 times to the disapproval of the sales women.

Negative point was being charged for the delivery. We have no option but get delivery, so being charged extra for something we have to have is disgusting.

I went into the shop to buy pillows, I know they specifically do Tempur.
Whilst browsing we spotted a fantastic deal on an ex-display item.
Alex, helped us and was so friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He processed the purchase quickly, as I explained we had an appointment, he was just great!
I would not hesitate to recommend this branch, really brilliant staff 🙂

What I didn't realise was how many different types of mattresses there are (and price range), the assistants in the Andover branch were very helpful in explaining the difference between them all. With all the information regarding payment methods and delivery options as well, I was able to decide which mattress I wanted, how I was going to pay for it and a delivery date suitable for me.
