I was very impressed with the Andover store and the range of mattresses. My partner quickly found a mattress that was perfect for us. Tara, the store assistant was brilliant and knowledgeable without being too pushy. Just right.
Having found the right mattress it was much more money than I planned to spend. I left my debit card at home and only had a limited amount of cash on me.
I planned to go back later in the afternoon and purchase the mattress but ran out of time. Consequently I looked it up online and ordered it last night.
My only regret is not having the time to make the purchase through Tara after putting in the work and preparing the quote.

The ordering experience was great. Tara the sales assistant was brilliant, she listened to what our requirements were and advised us accordingly. Not once did we feel pressured even when the additional service packaged was mentioned. We can't rate the delivery service as we only ordered the bed yesterday. As for the value for money we feel we have a very good deal with the sale promotion for a quality product.

Our sales person was Sean. Relatively new to his post but had a first class knowledge of the products. He was most helpful, very pleasant and patiently went through all the options available. Not pushy for the sale when we wanted time to consider what was best for us. We were so impressed that we made a point of returning to Sean a few days later to make our order. A good range of products on show in the store.

Very helpful assistant who explained the bed and mattress options very clearly. Gave us an estimate of total cost with sale prices.

I would not buy from Bensons for Beds again due to the following reasons
1,The staff in store will not advise you of the correct guarantee information. eg 5 years instead of 1 year
2, The staff do not know item specifics e.g rechargeable remote. staff claimed they didn't know how can you sell products but not know about them ?
3, They sell damaged goods either through incorrect routing/use or will-fully damaged by staff.
4, Store manager said they would be in touch to advise on replacement items once agreed replacements would be ordered ( unsure if they actually have been) no telephone call received.

maybe my experience is due to poor staff knowledge or just poor staff in general in this particular store.

The staff were friendly, helpful and informative, without being overpowering. Buying a mattress proved to be stress free thanks to the service provided.
