Very satisfied with the service
Received a call half an hour before delivery which was well within the two hour slot we were assigned. The delivery guys were very polite, helpful and respectful.

The bed is lovely and comfortable
The bed is lovely and comfortable. The process of purchasing was easy. However, I paid for assembly and the job was shabby. The base of the storage compartment was not secured properly. Disappointed at that.

Delivery drivers were amazing. Delivered early and were very tidy and informative.

It has been 12 years since we bought a new mattress and had no idea about the benefits of the latest technology involved. The branch manager at the Bedford store, Maz, was extremely knowledgeable and was an immense help in choosing the right mattresses for us. We were going to check out other bedding stores but due to his friendly demeanour decided there and then to purchase two mattresses.

Great customer service (although you may want to dial down on the number of emails and texts you send out as it's a bit much!). Salesperson in Bedford store was very helpful and listened to what we wanted. Very quick delivery. Will definitely shop here again.

The delivery service was on point with regular updates through the day via calls or tex messages, keeping me in the loop.The service was friendly and on time.want to thank Charlie and chichi for delivering bedbase, headboard and mattress safely to my property on 19/6/26.and also for building it together. Excellent Advice With Great Delivery and Installation
Excellent advice on the pros and cons of different bed frames, choice of materials and matching headboards.
Delivered and fully assembled on the date requested, and in the time slot given. Friendly staff from the shop floor through to the delivery.

Not happy as product purchased is always damaged on arrival or is faulty and then trying to get resolved I have to go through hoops on the call line and I am being asked to try and manage myself when lights are not working by the help desk
