My partner and I had visited several stores in order to buy a mattress. Steve at Bensons for Beds, Bury St Edmunds was very helpful and friendly despite us turning up just 15 minutes before closing. He helped us find exactly the right product without being at all pushy.

They told me delivery would be 18th June day before had call to say time of delivery and sure as they said 7.30 bed was here delivery was excellent 2 lads were friendly just fully recommend bensons great experience from start to finish

Great experience from shop ordering to delivery on time and punctual

Very helpful at the shop and the delivery was on time.
The delivery drivers installed my new mattress and disposed of the old one.

Perfectly advised of delivery day and time. Delivery men Knowledgeable about product and very quick to remove old mattress and replace with new one. A very pleasant experience.

No sofa bed in store to view at BURY ST EDMUNDS Branch.
Staff member was not helpful when i asked her about what side the footrest was on and what the material was like etc.
Had a discount code which she also couldn’t apply which was from Bensons .

Delivery confirmation was at 9:15 pm the night before and another text at 6:20am and both without the correct TIME or thereabouts on delivery.

The sofa is left facing and easy to slot in and construct EXCEPT the last part the RIGHT ARM.
Over an hour gently pressing moving measuring etc and it’s not connecting .
Bensons have not followed up with a reply email to the manufacture, I have chased it myself 17 days later.
Staff instore cannot HELP if you buy from them online.
I ordered the Brooke sofa bed and received a Hampton sofabed ! Buy directly from the manufacturer not Bensons

Staff were knowledgeable and took time to discuss amd understand what we were looking for.

Easy to order what we wanted without pressure

Great and friendly service.

Very easy process from choosing the bed and the mattress in the store to the delivery of the goods to us. And taking away of our old items. This is the second bed we have purchased from Bensons for Beds in the past twelve months, have been happy with both purchases. However, I think that the delivery guys should be allocated more time to carry out the delivery and instruct the purchasers how to assemble the bed and fit the head board.
Perhaps you could offer an optional assembly service for a nominal fee.
