Excellent customer service
Having shopped at Bensons before, we were very pleased with the quality and the service we received so it was our first choice when looking for a new mattress. Scott took time to talk over what we wanted and showed us a number of options, explaining the construction and benefits of each. We had plenty of time to try out various mattresses and didn't feel at all pressured or rushed and, having decided, delivery and recycling was arranged to suit us. Overall, a very positive shopping experience.

Super Star Employee
The man who helped me was super helpful, really friendly, approachable, knowledgeable & didn't put any pressure on me to purchase any extras.
He was working alone in store, and I wasn't the only person looking around. He coped well, unfortunately I don't recall his name.

Excellent service
I am 83 years old and finally made my mind up that I needed a new mattress. The gentleman I spoke to was understanding that I didn’t want an expensive one. He showed me mattresses within my price range which I appreciated. I felt that he was considerate of my age and disability issues. It was I important to me that you offered a pick up facility for my present mattress.

Top Class Experience
We've been thinking about buying a new mattress for a while now & after hours searching online we were nowhere near the point of making a decision as so many to choose from. We didn't like the thought of buying something as important as this online and so we ventured off to Colchester,Turner rise store and was greeted by a lovely salesman called Scott. We asked Scott loads of questions regarding types, comfort etc etc and Scott was always able to answer and understood our needs. He was not pushy in any way and no pressure sales talk. He insisted we tried various mattresses and encouraged us to try them out again and again until we were 100% certain as this is a purchase that can be costly yet as to be right for us. Scott's knowledge was second to none and nothing was too much trouble for him. He took the time to explain every detail of the mattress and showed us all the interior workings that are so important for comfort and longevity. So looking forward to receiving our mattress and feel very confident that along with Scott's attention to our needs we have chosen the perfect one for us . Thanks so much Scott for all the time and knowledge you gave us which turned a daunting experience into a perfect purchase.
