Delivery process was smooth and arrived on time with great communication throughout. This is my second purchase from Bensons for Beds this year and it has been very positive overall and better than Dreams. Would recommend.

I have always used B4B whenever I need to buy a bed or a new mattress because their service and quality of products is always of a high standard.
The staff in the store are knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to choosing the right bed/mattress.
From buying a new mattress to the delivery it has been a positive experience. They keep you up to date with a progress SMS or by email then on the day of delivery I received a call from the driver 30 minutes before arrival plus a SMS. So I knew exactly what time to expect them.

The beds X4 were so carefully packaged with no damage at all. The Mattress is as expected. Very good product. My children and I assembled them by ourselves - instruction is fairly straightforward to use.
