Good all round!
From going into the showroom and the beds arriving - all was good. The showroom employee was pleasant and efficient, helpful but not pushy. (Richard, I think). The delivery men were on time and kept us informed about when they would get to us. They took care in bringing the beds in and were polite and pleasant. The tracking system was excellent.
The beds seem really lovely. (Guest room so not slept in as yet).

The mattress is fine
The mattress is fine but when it was delivered I had three men the two older men John and Andy were lovely but the young man who I guess was a new guy in training used my toilet and urinated everywhere and somehow managed to drop my toothbrush behind the sink

Impeccable customer service at Farnborough Store from Nasim
My partner and I have just ordered our mattress from the Farnborough store at Blackwater Shopping Centre. We had such excellent service from Nasim who took care of us and helped us assess our sleep styles to find the best solution. My partner has quite specific comfort needs for his back whereas I am all about the breathability of a mattress - Nasim helped us navigate this and nothing was too much trouble for her. I even left with an unplanned new pillow purchase as well as the mattress, because I wanted to take advantage of Nasim’s advice while she was with us.

Excellent delivery service
I left a 5* review when we ordered our bed. This review relates to delivery.
Delivery was between the timeslot they gave us. Received a call beforehand confirming delivery time. They got held up but still made a courtesy call to explain. The 2 men were polite, introduced themselves and followed instructions as to where the bed was to be placed. Assembly was perfect and they insisted on me checking the bed once it was all finished. They also took photos of the finished product. They were very careful not to damage the walls.

A smooth and hassle-free experience
The whole experience of buying a bed and sofa bed and having them delivered was smooth and hassle-free.
I had originally planned to only go and browse a few products as I'd only started to think about purchasing these items but the salesperson in the shop - Nasim did such a wonderful job that I purchased both before leaving the store!
The delivery team were equally professional and helpful and I would not hesitate to purchase further products in the future! Thank you!

We were very pleased with the service which Richard gave us. He showed us the bases we were looking for and then directed us to a colour that we liked (seen on a base on the other side of the shop). His manner was caring and very informative. Excellent service all round.

Bensons are the best.
Nasim was very knowledgeable about the products and which ones would suit our needs best. She explained the differences between each mattress, offered advice, gave us space to make our own decision with no pressure or "hard sell" and so made the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable.
