Was served by kelsie, she was approachable, knowledgable and happy to serve us and our needs. I would recommend kelsie to anyone for her amazing service and patience with me and my husband and my cheeky 5 year old. Well done kelsie, I would love to have someone like you working in my store

The staff member really knew her stuff, was very friendly and not pushy.

Kelsey did a great job of helping me buy my new bed and mattress, wasn’t pushy and was very patient.

Excellent service from Wendy in Rainham/Gillingham Kent branch. Thanks Wendy for your professional overview of our options. We will recommend to our friends and family.

After a not so pleasant pushy experience at Dreams which ended in us walking swiftly away, we were delighted to be allowed to peruse at our leisure at Bensons. The sales person welcomed us politely and left us to explore the beds on display. She checked in with us from a distance to see how we were getting on and was happy to answer our questions. She helped us work out what we wanted and was happy to stick within our budget, with no pushy upselling. All round a pleasant shopping experience, thank you.

Efficient sales representative who was most helpful with our purchase of a new mattress. Really nice showroom with lots of choice.

Richard was very good at helping us find the right bed. We had seen a few we likes and were struggling to narrow our options down but Richard steered us in the right directing

We had Richard as our expert staff member to explain everything we need to know about the beds we had narrowed our choices down to. He was able to effectively answer all our questions and concerns. He made selecting our final choice quite easy.

Young lady was very helpful and was honest enough to say she didn’t know to some questions
