I bought a Sealy firm bed from Bensons in 2017. I bought the new version of the same model last month. The constant communication and updates was extraordinary; I certainly didn't expect that level of professionalism! The delivery guys continued the same real time contact and the bed arrived exactly within the time frame they gave me. The bed is firm and exactly what I had hoped for. In addition, they have improved this model significantly and I'm already sleeping better,deeper and longer. I verified this on my smart watch and observed an incremental increase in sleep quality over the last month. It's still " bedding" in but I expect it to improve over the next few months before I turn it. Benson's don't do plumbing or electrical but perhaps Tradesmen in those professions could learn from their business model. I think we would all sleep better if they did! Highly recommend Bensons and in particular the Sealy range

The salesman was knowledgeable and we didn’t feel rushed. We were able to try out the mattresses and use the electronic bed to find out which mattress was recommended for our size and sleeping position.

I recently visited my local branch of Bensons for Beds, and ended up buying a mattress. Amy, who helped me was completely supportive and patient while I tried out many of the mattresses on display. It took a while! After I bought one, the level of communication with advice re care etc was excellent, right up to the delivery day. Chris and Richard, the delivery guys called me, as promised, 30 mins before delivery, and were so efficient, wrapping my old mattress for removal and disposal, and putting the new one in place.
Altogether an excellent service

First class service no sales pressure, honest and we received a discount and free bed care products. Definitely recommended!!!

I purchased a single adjustable bed from Benson for beds at their Great Western branch in Glasgow. The staff in the branch were courteous. This was on the 24/11/24. Unfortunately it has been all downhill since.I was given a delivery date of about the 23/12/25.I did not receive it till the 7/01/25. Unfortunately the drawer was damaged and not fit for purpose as it had been badly assembled. The delivery representative took a photo of the damaged door and informed me I should receive a new drawer within 7 working days. After numerous phone calls I eventually got a delivery date for 25/02/25. It arrived on that date but the drawer was missing a side rail and was chipped. Once again a photograph was taken and I was assured I would get a replacement drawer . The manufacturer is a company called Dura Beds and are responsible for manufacturing the bed and delivering it.I contacted them by telephone and was informed they only deal with companies. I have since written a letter to the CEO of which I have not had the decency of a reply.I have been left with no other option but to get in touch with the Scottish Trading Standards.

Salesman, was very professional and very helpful. The whole atmosphere was very conducive to shop around.
