The whole experience of buying a new mattress is first class. From the showroom to the delivery at the end.
We are very pleased with the mattress, it is so comfy and very restful. All that we were explained about by a first class sales lady called Alivia, She is a credit to the company.

Went into store to pick a mattress, opted for firm as when we tried it we felt very comfortable. The sales assistant didn’t advise that the store one would be considerably softer than the new one. Delivery was perfect, lovely delivery guys, very helpful but the new mattress is so hard that we just haven’t had a good nights sleep on it. We decided to explore the option of the 40day guarantee to see if we could exchange it. We went into a different branch and encountered the most unhelpful staff. They really couldn’t have cared less about helping us rectify the issue so ended up walking out. I’m sure if we were going in to purchase a mattress they would have been all over us like a rash. Very disappointing!

This is the second review I have completed in the past two weeks about the same product etc.
We were dealt with very professionally by Angie in the Guiseley store. She was very patient, polite and helpful and made sure that the mattress we purchased was the correct one for us.

At the Guiseley store Olivia welcomed us, was very informative and helped us identify what we needed in a mattress. Fortunately it was available within a week and delivery was made within and advised time slot with no problems.

We were greeted by Olivia who explained everything to us regarding the bed we wanted. Took time to explain the different mattress and which would be best for my dad. We got a bed and was very happy with the service. What I liked was she was not pushy and listened to what my dad's needs were.

Pleasant, cheerful delivery men that did a quick and efficient job putting together my new base bed. Even turned the mattress for me. Well done Paul and partner.
