Polite, thoughtful and respectful. Clear and straightforward advice.

Kelly was amazing, she explained all the different options to me and I got to try the sleep machine.
I am absolutely in love with the mattress

Fantastic service from start to finish, Craig in the showroom was so helpful and Chris and Kalvin who delivered were also lovely and courteous. I am so pleased with my purchases, the mattress is incredibly comfortable and the ottoman bed works perfectly and looks great!

Great in store advice, excellent delivery service, staff all excellent

From store to delivery excellent service. A special mention to the two delivery men, Andy Mac and Andy p , polite, respectful, and obviously good at what they do. Thank you.

Lena provided an excellent service and was very attentive, even offering to stay late so we could pick the best product for our needs. After visiting other companies Lena was the only one who actually seemed to care about customer service.

Delivery was expectational from notification of delivery date and time slot both Andy and Andy whom delivered to our home were excellent they were aware that they were entering someone's home and were respectful of this and their surroundings; could not fault them. Credit to the company.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about the products. The store was clean and tidy.

Few hiccups with the delivery company, but lovely bed.

From start to finish, communication was regular and informative. And the process quick and straight forward. Staff were attentive to our needs and were professional and polite. Delivery was made on time and the delivery drivers were very helpful. Overall, a great experience.

We were able too recieved the right mattress&pillows

Me and my partner went to the store not knowing the first thing about beds and the staff member there was perfect. She showed us all the different styles and listened to what we wanted and what we didn’t and also went into amazing detail about the beds and the prices and comparisons between the different styles and seemed very knowledgeable. She was very quick to jump in and help us didn’t push us to get a bed that was too expensive for us but she was wonderful and a credit to the company

Shop staff, were knowledgable and helpful, Bensons kept me up-to-date with my beds progress, delivery was spot on time and the drivets were quick, cheerful and efficient.
What more can you ask for.

Very helpful in choosing the correct mattress for us, nothing was too much trouble and I would highly recommend. Colin and Reece who came to for our bed were extremely efficient friendly and worked so hard, nothing was a problem and were very accommodating, top blokes!!

Good service
