Excellent customer service at the Macclesfield store
Both Darryl and Andy were exceeding helpful, they asked us sensible pointed questions concerning what we were looking for in a mattress/bed. They listened and there was no hard sell. They made suggestions, allowed us to try the different mattres choices regardless of price. They both made a point to make sure that the whole process was enjoyable and that we left with a purchase that satisfied us.

Helpful advice on options for bed base and mattress but initially no mention of headboard, which subsequently added 38% to the price.

Great Bed Buying Experience
Benson for Beds store staff were very knowledgeable and friendly and guided us patiently through our selection process. They were also very kind to our toddler. The delivery experience was very smooth, quick and hasslefree - very friendly experts.

Brilliant service
Brilliant service from ordering in the shop right through to it being delivered and assembled in my home. Very professional, no pushy sales and just an overall great experience. Bed is lovely; very comfy and the ottoman aspect is so much bigger than I anticipated which is great!
