They were respectful of the house,most polite and explained everything they were doing checking that we were happy with the position of the furniture. The gentleman who served us was extremely helpful and well informed. He was not at all pushy and listened to what we wanted. He talked us through different options and once we had made our choice, processed the order efficiently. All in all a pleasurable experience. Would thoroughly recommend

Walked in
Walked in, was immediately greeted by team member Darryl, who asked me what I was looking for and then took me straight to it without any messing around. Showed me a couple of other options that were similar too, but confidently said which one would be the most ideal - which was the option I went for.
I had actually left to go shopping elsewhere just to compare prices and ended up returning as the other store was a much less inviting experience. I returned, and was able to wrap up the transaction very quickly and efficiently.
Compared to the other store, which felt like a dark warehouse with unenthusiastic staff and a silly machine that would tell you your "perfect mattress" in "just three minutes", Benson for Beds was bright, inviting, and the team member was able to directly to the perfect mattress in less than 3 minutes and with a good bit of chat to go with it.
Very good experience, unexpectedly got in during a sale so it was a much better price than I anticipated too! Left very happy.

Helpful service
Helpful service - Explained the options clearly so I could understand the differences in mattresses for my child.
The only downside was a charge for delivery. Paying for this and to take the old mattress away added £100 to the overall cost. I felt a little disappointed that the price ended up higher than expected.
