This was a purchase for a spare room…
This was a purchase for a spare room bed. We had an idea of the basic type of bed we wanted and the lower cost we wanted without losing quality. We were welcomed by Darrell, who listened to our requirements and patiently matched us with the perfect product.
The delivery happened as arranged ( apart from a tech issue at our end) and was carried out efficiently.
All in all a really good experience.

Salisbury - Darrell was amazing from the start to…
Darrell was amazing from the start to find the right bed for us. Nothing was too much trouble. The bed is fantastic and so comfortable. We had such good service we brought our mother in the following week and sorted a new mattress for her. Again Darrell went out of his way to help her as she is disabled.

When I walked into Benson's for Beds
When I walked into Benson's for Beds, Salisbury I was greeted warmly by Darrell who helped show me around the site. Darrell showed genuine interest in what I was looking for and directed me to what was within my budget.
I found him extremely polite, friendly and helpful with good knowledge of the products I was interested in.
The manager, who was also on site was attentive and knowledgeable.
I felt very much at ease and would go back to Salisbury's Benson's for beds again.
Really pleased and happy with the service offered.

MatressPurchase and Delivery
In the shop the sales person was very helpful and also gave us time to explore the various beds and then decide. He then explained various options available and the price breakdown of these.
The team that delivered the matress were also very good , including taking their shoes off while in our house, and removing the old matress, which we had paid for. Overall a very positive experience and we would use Benson's again

No pressure from staff.
There was no pressure from Darrell the Store Manager, indeed he was overly helpful in helping us to make up our mind, rather than having something imposed upon us.
The delivery was within a week, which was very welcome.
