There was no pressure from Darrell the Store Manager, indeed he was overly helpful in helping us to make up our mind, rather than having something imposed upon us.
The delivery was within a week, which was very welcome.

We didn't know what we needed from a mattress as we both sleep differently, we were advised on a mattress that gave us both firm and soft,we also went for a divan base with 2 drawers,felt the drawers were not as deep as we have already got but were told we could get another small drawer in the divan which solved the problem.advise and experience was excellent.

We were able to view product in showroom. Sales person was extremely helpful. We then went away to think about alternatives and purchased on line.
