Ordered a mattress, divan and headboard and was served by Nathan - he was excellent- knowledgeable but not pushy.
They kept us up to date about delivery schedules and held on to bed for a while while we were incapacitated.
The delivery team were also excellent- it was an extremely hot day but they were polite and efficient, taking the bed up to the room etc.
I would definitely recommend Bensons for quality & service. As a company they should be pleased to know how great their staff are!

The members of the team including the delivery drivers were all great and very efficient will use them again

I am not one for shopping. I have low tolerance for pushy sales people. I was interested in replacing my mattress. The sales assistance ( Azura ) was excellent. She asked the right questions and listened to my answers. From there she showed me several mattresses and based on what I said took me around the store until I found the perfect one! Also her delivery colleagues were very good. Excellent service the way all shops should provide!

The delivery team Gary and Warren were brilliant, so helpful and friendly, Azad at the store made sure everything ran smoothly and kept me up to date with everything regarding delivery. Have ordered beds from bensons before and had a good experience and this is just the same. Would recommend and will continue to use in the future. Thanks again Louise
