Review based on purchase experience, haven’t got the product yet
I haven’t received our new bed yet so the 5 stars might be a little premature…
However, I’m basing the review off the service we received and that is worthy of the rating.
When we arrived in store, Amy came to greet us, she was totally fine with allowing us to just browse but wanted to first give us the details of the offers available and how they worked. Which she did, and then she allowed us to look round the store without hovering over our shoulders like some do! That doesn’t mean to say she was dismissive, she did do a little check in every now and again to see if we needed help/questions answered, and when we did, she had ALL the answers.. really knowledgeable and she was just an all round super friendly person, we felt that confident in her, we went ahead and ordered the bed there and then.
Thank you Amy, you were a delight to deal with and Bensons are lucky to have you on board.

Excellent sales team & products
Went in to have a look around as needing to replace an old bed. Was greeted by Jamie, who was very friendly & knowledgeable about things. He made the difference when it came to pulling the trigger, made me feel confident about my purchase and was able to answer all my questions with ease.
Really enjoyed the smooth experience, would definitely recommend and use again, thanks! :)

From a wonderful warm smiley welcome to exceptional customer service it was an absolute pleasure to shop at Bensons for Beds in Southport. The young lady who made such an impression was Kiara. From the moment we walked into the shop until the moment we left she couldn't have been more helpful or professional. She is the epitome of what customer service looks like. She was very knowledgable about every product we looked at and gave us time to have a lie down, a chat about what we thought etc., Train all your employees to be a 'Kiara'

Great customer service from Aimee. Once again I wasn’t disappointed. I had previously purchased a bed and mattress and headboard from here and decided to get another one for our room . As the friendly service and professional approach from Aimee was indeed perfect the first time I was extremely happy to find Aimee was here again to advise me on my next purchase. Buying my first bed
Jamie from the Southport store was very professional.
Very easy to understand and made the buying process of a new bed very easy and less overwhelming. I would certainly recommend pensions for beds to most of my friends.
