Very helpful and knowledge lady who took time to explain all the important information needed when buying a new bed. A little more pricy than expected, but looking forward to receiving our new bed.

The service was brilliant, the lady Bethan new everything about the different ranges of beds and prices. Very happy with Benson for Beds Swansea will definitely go back again.

Went to the store in Pontardulais Retail Park Swansea. Had a fab lady called Bethan (I think) and she was great. Knew her things about beds! Was very knowlegeable and very welcoming. Great service and really helpful.

We had a new mattress at Bensons in Swansea. The Manager Bethan could not have been more helpful & kind . I have health issues & we were not rushed or made to feel uncomfortable at all. Bethan made our experience excellent & she deserves a mention.
