Great staff that listen
Great staff . Make you feel like home and definitely makes you return .
Very knowledgeable too and most importantly “listen” to the customer . I told them I had 4 rescue cats and they were very understanding. Too many sales people (dare I say usually men ) just don’t listen and want the sale, sod any consequences.

Bensons
Showed what we asked for and we bought it. Job done. Delivery charges on top a bit expensive though. being told warehouse is in miles away no excuse when we buy in store. Salesperson very helpful though.

Staff were amazing and very helpful, gave us plenty of time and encouragement to try out all beds before making our choice. Everything explained to us all our questions were answered.

Excellent staff in store
Excellent staff in store, the lady was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
She allowed me time to try out beds & did not rush me into buying and told me to take my time. I went back a second time to finally decide between 2 mattresses and the same lady helped me without being pushy.

NEEDED A MATRESS FOR MY BAD BACK SPOKE WITH AILSA IN STORE SHE WAS AMAZING TRIED OUT LOTS OF BEDS SHE WAS SO PATIENT AND SO HELPFUL WE FOUND A LOVELY BED BOUGHT IT CANT WAIT FOR NEXT WK DELIVERY ! ALL STAFF IN STORE WERE DRESSED IN HALOWEEN EVEN HAD TREATS FOR THE KIDS FABULOUS STAFF & STORE THANKYOU AILSA SO MUCH FOR FABULOUS SERVICE !
