She helped me to choose the right mattress for my needs using the clever techno machine to determine between a soft, medium and firm mattress, then I was able to try four different ones on the shop floor until I determined which was the best one for me. We met Debbie on arrival to store who gave us an opportunity to walk round and search for what we wanted. We asked Debbie for advice and guidance which she gave us brilliantly and with integrity. Bought 2 beds. Would highly recommend.

Nipped into look around, asked if we needed help but left to browse. Found an ex display model at a steal of a price and asked about it, Sales person was great and after deciding to buy had a free mattress protector and care kit thrown in for free. Very happy customer.

Great selection and lovely staff

The store is full of beds and mattresses obviously but trying to find the one that’s for you isn’t easy. Enter a member of staff called Carol whose information and help were invaluable and she took the time to concentrate on our needs. We are now awaiting our new bed and mattress to arrive in less than three weeks time. Lots of communication from the company regarding delivery details so we we’re very pleased.

I purchased a new mattress from the bensoons store at Wigan Robin Park. All the staff were very helpful and took the time to advise me on different products without being pushy Peter, in particular was very helpful explaining everything in plain English. Debra i think our sales assistant was called, was honestly the loveliest woman ive met! She was honest, helpful and gave myself and my partner a good laugh. She was not pushy at all, with excellent product knowledge. Thank you.
