The process was very easy, fast and speedy. I was approved within minutes. The application was easy to complete. I had to call and talk to a customer service representative. She was very pleasant. The funds were deposited within 24 hours. But the best thing of all is that my interest rate is much lower than I thought it was going to be. Thank you Best Egg!

I have been able to pay down old debt and get my credit score going in a better direction. It has been so good to get rid of debt from high APR credit cards and cut them up. The loan I just paid off, and this new one have actually made it easier for me to put money away in savings and apply more money weekly into to my 401K. The bi-weekly payments are great; it makes it easier for me to put more toward my balance. Customer service has been wonderful as well.

Do you have a good word, when you received PERSONAL offer for 50.000$ with 7% interest, as FACT you got 7.400$ with 24% interest? I DONT! JUST dont waste your time to apply for promised offers!!!

I paid off 2 Loans Early. During the times of the loans to now, my credit score never got worst. My credit score only got better, and when I needed a new loan they denied me right after paying them over $2,000 in the past 2 days to pay off my loan only 33 months early.

Applications are quick and simple instead of long applications. Especially the customers that has had credit history/loans with the company repeatedly. There should be more offers with better interest rate.

Just got off the phone with the Best Egg representative who was trying to assist me. I received a "refinance" loan offer from Best Egg email but with an outdated 04/23/2026 loan offer and first payment. Today is 06/23/2006 which would have made my loan two months overdue if I would have accepted it. Needless to say I did NOT. The representative was very kind and helpful but I declined to let her try to accomplish a new loan for me by manually entering it. Thanks everyone, but NO thanks.

Paid off one loan with them and keep getting emails saying I am preapproval for another one, but every time I log in all it does is bring up the already paid off loan terms. Have tried with customer service and they have been less than helpful. The loan itself wasn’t bad, but you would think they might actually want my business
