It made the experience wonderful. It was easy to apply, a fast turnaround for approval and funding. This is the second time I have applied for a personal loan and this company made it look and feel effortlessly. The prior company was not as great which is why I applied with Best Egg. Happy I made the switch!!!

The best experience ever .
I was taken by surprise when I sat at the computer answering this email and before I could get up I got a confirmation on my email within minutes .
I was still skeptical as I have been there and done that only to be disappointed . It did not stop there , soon I was asked to provide my banking information and set up my payment schedule . Please keep up the good work as just the day before I had gotten a large bill from IRS and wondering whether to make an arrangement with them . Now I can pay that in full.

Every thing has gone wrong since…
Every thing has gone wrong since dealing with Best Egg. Some how someone put my last 4 digits of my SS # in incorrectly as well as allowed someone else to set up a username and password for my acct and I cannot log create one. This issue has been ongoing since 6/17/26. I applied and was approved on 6/11/26. After 6/17/26 everything went haywire and I am still as of 6/22/26 unable to create an acct and my SS# is STILL incorrect! This is truly unacceptable and unprofessional!
Supervisor Sandra R has been the ONLY one who has cared enough to try and help me with this situation. I expect to hear from her on 6/23/26 before the close of the business day.
