I rang Tom as I needed the paddles in my washing-machine and the grill in my cooker replaced.Was very helpful and asked me to send photos, which I did.However two weeks later I am still waiting for the items to be fixed.Two texts I forwarded to him, seeking an update, were read but not replied to. I sent a third text asking him to inform me if if he did not want to take on the work. He then replied informing me that he would send back the parts and I could get someone else to fix my appliances !!!
A very unprofessional response which speaks volumnes.
I would not recommend him or his business.

Had a problem with locking mechanism on my hot point clothes washer.
Tom arrived on time and had lock replaced in no time all.

I called tom to repair my mother's cooker.
I sent him pictures of the cooker and explained what I thought was wrong.
He was very helpful and was even able to give me a quote.
And the work only costed what he quoted me.
He arranged to meet at a time that suited us, as my mother was in hospital.

My ovens on an old Belling range stopped working. Tom asked me questions and felt he knew the problem. He gave me a quote, promptly came when he said he would. Fixed the issues and at the price he’d quoted.

I recently got Tom out to fix my washing machine. I left a voicemail and he was back to me that same day, he went through the issues on the phone to see if I needed his services first , or could it be a something simple I could fix myself... when it turned out to be something I couldn't fix he was out to me the very next day. Service was excellent, and fixed in no time. Tom himself is a very friendly guy who knows his stuff, you can tell by speaking to him he has been around a while with lots of experience. Very easy to deal with. il definitely be recommend him to friends and family.
