The app works well and the membership options are good. It's a little pricey but everything is nowadays. Maintenance of one specific centre could be better, e.g. shower out of order two weeks running... Ver mais

Good pool which wasn't crowded. But changing room was dirty and staff not very helpful. Disappointing that you need to buy a non-refundable token for using the lockers. And once you open the lock... Ver mais

Stole my money..
Stole my money..
They took over from Newham leisure centre change the layout of the gym website to there's then shut me out of being able to book sessions, I now have to pay twice in the same month which I won't do so now I have to wait 4 weeks to rejoin without any compensation or refferals to the new gym takeover... I feel Robbed and cheated...

At present Better/GLL have only had the centres in Newham for 12 days. We realise there are areas of improvement which we inherited from the previous operators but we need time to be able to rectify these. Please give us a chance to investigate issues that need to be addressed.
